Bible Wednesday 10/30:

Studying this morning's four readings from the St. James Daily Devotional Guide (click to subscribe), I examined myself with these questions. Where is your self-examination leading today?

Psalms 148:1-14. What are some ways I can praise God today, other than speaking aloud or singing? Action point?

Isaiah 4:1-6. The prophet foresees a glorious revival for Jerusalem and Zion. What would a revival in my own church specifically look like in the coming year? My role?-

James 3:13-18. What have I learned about true wisdom—and its false opposite—by experience in following Jesus? How can I put Christian wisdom to best use today for my family, work, church, and community?

Luke 16:1-13. In what way do I tend to try and serve two masters? What would change look like, starting today?
